I got quite a lot done today - some online before I went out and quite a few things in a local town. I even treated myself to a 2018 diary (all of 59p!) and a really cosy pair of fingerless gloves - great for dog walking.

We always put some money in Christmas cards for the 4 grandchildren and I'm finding it harder and hard to buy 'Grandson' cards for my GSs. They're too old for teddies in cowboy outfits, or any kind of teddy bear, not into football, fishing or any other sport, but I decided they were too young for one card which looked a possible - as it advised them not to get too drunk over Christmas!! Grrrr....... I had also looked when I got the rest of the Christmas cards, so the ones I've ended up with aren't great, but hopefully the money inside will take their attention from the corny pictures and messages!

I just need to get something for DS1, DIL2 and OH now - he is adamant he doesn't want a jumper, so I'm stuck!

I have to get everything wrapped and hidden before the boys arrive on Saturday!
