Is it too early to mention the 'C' word

I have started shopping for a few gifts on line and I have spoken to SIL about going shopping.
I have also booked a table for next month for a meal with friends so that we can exchange cards and gossip.
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

You are lucky mimi, as the only Admin member who thinks it's not too early has replied to your post first

Probably not too early, it has to be done. But I just can't get enthusiastic about it.. I find it hard to know what to buy every one now. Children are getting older and are harder to buy for and adults, well they seem to already have what they need. Perhaps I will take the easy way out this year and give vouchers for places they like.

I have got 40 gifts for the toddler group's party. Started in August in sales. I now have to match these up to names and ages as mums and grannies are registering their little ones for the party.

Mimi - in response to your topic heading -Yes!

(Although Admin have allowed Gem to start thinking about decorating the Granny's Rest and the Tea Rooms, because she's getting keen! We're worried she might start singing Christmas songs to us if we don't let her get her tinsel out! )
