As soon as Halloween had finished the people across the road from us decoratated the inside and out side of their flat with all sorts of Christmas decorations, so their neighbours who live below them, not to be outdone have decorated inside and outside of their flat also . When I look out of my window I can see snowflakes, snowmen and stars being beamed all over the outside walls. This has been going on since early November.
      Too much too soon.
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Mimi - you could do with a display of Easter things - great big Easter bunnies, Easter eggs and Easter bonnets - just to show your neighbours they're not ahead of the game!!!

Qwerty - meanie-moo! (Love you really) xx

Share gin .........whatever next πŸ€¨πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜˜πŸΈπŸΈπŸΈ. My sloe gin is maturing nicely, I’ve resisted the temptation to test it.

Gem! Do you mean to say that you'd eat your own mother's coffee creams!

So that's why you (and others) start their Christmas shopping so early - you eat all the goodies.

Well, I really wanted chocolate Turkish Delight for her, but Thorntons had run out. Coffee creams are her second favourite. I was doing Mum a favour really......

Gem, I'm not sure I follow the logic! You ate up all your poor old mum's second favourite choccies because Thornton's had run out of her first choice.

You really will have to get her some chocolate Turkish Delight now.
