    My hair

My hair is getting quite long now and I was thinking of having it cut to my shoulders but I have now decided to leave it a while , I tie it up most days ,I would like to plait it when I'm not going anywhere but with my arthritic fingers and shoulders I can't manage ,BUT I'm getting B to research on YouTube how to do it , watch this space see how badly he does it hahaha 😂😂

I used to have my hair about the same length as your, but as i got older, my hair seemed to get finer.
    I keep it short now.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

OMG! Is it that long since I've seen you. I admire you sticking with it, getting over that awkward annoying bit.
Can't wait to see you again

Get B to practise with some wool tied on the back of a chair. Just don't let him get over enthusiastic and insist on a four strand plait Oma 😆

Oma I had mine cut about 3 weeks ago now to just below my shoulders and it has certainly given my hair a new lease of life, much more swingy and swishy (if you know what I mean) I had about 8/9/inches off because when it gets to waist length it goes really thin and tatty at the ends, its still long enough for a chunky plait and to grab up on top in a messy bun type thingy, when I first damaged my shoulder and couldn't do my hair poor John also had to have quick lessons in hairdressings either that or me have a number 1 all over we compromised with a pony tail to start with abet not too straight when the bobble was in but it got better over the weeks and when he shampooed it for me you would think he was washing Poppy he was so firm of hand, luckly now I can manage much better but still have to be careful how I try and stretch my arm.

Today I am sporting a 'Basildon Face Lift'. A tight ponytail which pulls the skin on my face. 😬

Wowser Grauntie I must try that sounds very trendy indeed mine is just clipped up with a doggy clip giving that just got out of bed look.I'm seriously thinking of putting the dye on to-day but I have to get myself in the right frame of mind as it takes so long with me having so much hair to cover,

Just came back from the hairdressers and although my hair wasn't what you would describe as long it was longer than I had the patience to deal with. Its now short all over again, the cut is just below my ears .

I usually put mine into a loose pony tail and back comb lightly then twist into a knot pinning with long open grips, I think it is what is called a messy bun. Sometimes I use a bun ring which is more formal and sleek but I am extremely lazy so other times it just stick a peg thing in it which looks ok for a day to day look but not for an office/meeting look. I rarely wear my hair down these days, as I say I am lazy and if I wear it down it lasts for all of fifteen minutes before I get fed up with it.

I like mine down , but when I am hot it has to go up as it makes me much hotter.
Yesterday Oma and I started with our hair down then ended up with mine up and hers tied back!
