Me too! What is worse is waking up in the early hours and not being able to sleep again until I have had a warm drink and done a crossword or read a few chapters of my book.

I really feel for those who often have trouble sleeping, staying asleep or getting back to sleep. Very occasionally I have a "bad" night, and I then feel tired the following day, so I can't imagine how you all cope if you sleep badly most nights.

It makes for a long day when you don't sleep well , I get certain points in the day when I just run out of any kind of energy, sometimes if I'm reading my book about 7pm I read the same line over and over and feel my eyes dropping , so I put it down and get up walk around make a cup of tea , I don't want to fall asleep that late I need to try at bedtime
