Has he tried Lemon and salt Plant?
Is it inside the pan?
If he dips a cut lemon in salt and scrubs around the pan then leaves it for 10 minutes and then squeezes the lemon into the salt to make a paste and scrubs round with a soft pan scrubber not a metal one ,
That might help
vinegar and bicarb has to be left a hour or so but does work eventually.
Another trick is boil either a dish washer tab or washing powder and leave to cool .Im not fat just 6ft too smallComment
