Oma - he's such a talented young man. I know you're proud of him, but so you should be.

GD1 is having a good week. She was presented with her Senator's badge on Tuesday and was awarded Learner of the Week, both entailing shaking hands with the head! Then last night she came home and told her parents that she has to read out her poem (not sure which one!) at the Harvest Festival Service in church this morning, and is doing most of the narrating! Her mum and dad weren't going to attend (they're very busy) but now they feel at least one of them should be there!

Just heard from DS is Oz that DGS has passed his piano exam with distinction. Very proud of him, sent him a virtual hug...wish I could hug him in real life.

Well done to all the GC x

Enfy - that's really great news, and of course you're proud of him. Has he played for you on Facetime?

GD1's poem (it was the one published a few months ago) and her narrating went well. She was a bit nervous but was fine using the mic in the church.
