Thanks for the suggestion I have just ordered a memory box from Popsyclunk for my GGS's first birthday in March. I couldn't remember who she was related to. Nice to hear from you MillieB.

Spring is coming, have you thought of outdoor toys? Our little ones love the shopping basket filled with shopping and pots and pans we bought, they spend hours making dinner and delivering the shopping, and they are boys!

Thanks Avo. I think the problem is that her brother has lots of toys too, including the toys you suggested. I ended up getting her Belle and Boo gifts..... the Boo rabbit soft toy and a selection of the books. I'm looking for the fabric but it's too expensive on their official site. I'm looking for a Belle & Boo embroidery kit too for her new bedroom.

Thank you all again. All super ideas.

Would your little one like a whiteboard eisel one side has magnetic letters and numbers and your little one can start drawing/doodling on the other I bought one from Early Learning for GGD for her 1st Birthday and she uses it a lot as she is growing.

Thanks Glam but I've already bought her her gift. It was her birthday yesterday. I was even successful in finding a cross stitch Belle & Boo for her new bedroom. My DD is a very sentimental woman & I know she will really love it for her own DD.

Thanks Daisy. A 1 yr old is very young to understand what's going on. DD said it was a lovely day. I made bunting & a sewn birthday crown so that all added to it.

I buy my fabrics on eBay, maybe worth searching on there.

Thanks Avo. I have asked you before where you get your lovely fabrics from in the past. I've had a quick look but have had no success as yet.
