All my plans cancelled as baby girl has poorly tummy and will be spending the day at home with her mummy, she has had a upset tum for a couple of days which has seen a break out of a sore bottom so she is not very pleasent to say the least, mummy took her to Dr. and has been prescribed with antibiotic cream for her skin, I have told mum to get zinc & caster oil cream to give a waterproof barrier to the skin at least it will stop any strong water irritating the skin more but she doesn't quite understand keeping a barrier on the skin I'm a firm believer in Vaseline also far better than these fancy creams,I will have to rearrange for next week sometime but I am booked in for botox clinic and fracture clinic 2 days next week.Looks like I will have to sample the jelly babies and dolly mixtures myself.xxxKeep Calm,You're Fabulous

Poor little girl, and you must be disappointed too, Glam. I do hope she's soon better. I think it's good to waterproof the skin and I know Vaseline is frowned on these days, but it does work! I didn't know you could still get zinc and caster oil cream, but that would help too, wouldn't it.
Enjoy the sweeties.
You've got a busy week next week - I hope you get some help from the fracture clinic. xx

Daisy I am hoping he can perform a miracle of some sort to ease the dreadful pain,I can still feel the fragments of smashed bone floating around the top part of my arm,the whole of the top part (from elbow up) is very clicky if you know what I mean it feels that it could break again at any minute.
It will be 3 yrs next June 1st I have tried 4 x Companies to bring the Council to task but all of them say the pavement was not dangerous enough to warrant a claim against the insurers,I'm seriously thinking of doing my own application for damages as I have all the information and a really good Consultant who would back me on my information.
Baby girl feeling better I am going to rearrange for week after next and try again xxKeep Calm,You're Fabulous

Glamm - that quite literally sounds awful, and nearly 3 years of suffering is no joke. For your peace of mind it might be worth asking the Consultant if it could break again, but the sensation of it clicking all the time would freak me out. The trouble with the no-win-no-fee companies is that they only take very clear-cut cases, and if there is any doubt they don't want to risk doing all that work for no payment. If you've got all the information with photos and your consultant's evidence you've got nothing to loose from having a go yourself.
It will be nice to look forward to another 'date' with your GGD.
Plant - I do hope yours will get less painful - it's a very slow process, isn't it. xx"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are. "
