New passports.

We renewed our passports on line, and they were here within a week.
I filled everything in last Sunday, and it tells you straight away if your photo is approved or not.
Posted the old passports on the Monday. Got a text on Tuesday to say they had arrived.
Another text Wednesday to say they were being processed.Text on Thursday to say they had been approved.
Yet another text Friday to say they would be delivered in the next 2 days, both arrived on Monday by courier.

Same here ladies when we renewed John's passport last year for America we did not do it on line though but at the Post Office on the Monday and received it back by the Friday by special delivery I was very impressed to say the least also impressed with the Inland Revenue this past week after I applied on line for my tax refund on Monday and it was in my bank by Thursday same week so something is working well within the Government Offices at last.

Glamm and Nanto - that's excellent service, and it's good to hear about. So often we only hear about things going wrong and it must be quite soul-destroying if you work in those offices and know you work hard and do your best. Perhaps we should look to praise good service more often and more publicly.
