    Lincoln.

We had a lovely day out in Lincoln Yesterday.Did't buy any Christmas presents, as they are all sorted, just bought a few stocking fillers for Rosie.
I did buy some glittery letters, our initials to put with decorations.
Walked up and down Steep Hill, but will be a while before i am ready to do it again.

Nanto - you did well to resist the Christmas goodies, but the glittery letters look nice and festive. The cathedral looks as though it's beautifully lit - very cheery and warming on a cold day.

I've only been there once when OH was on a golf week-end in the area.

Never been but I must say it looks inviting. As Daisy says, the cathedral looks beautiful Nanto2.

Yes, it's a lovely city and we feel happy living close by. We also wrok as vols in the Cathedral with is a privilege. SO much history and that is my personal forte. I really get a buzz answering visitors' questions.

Next time, let me know Nan, or anyone else, I am only 15 minutes away and can meet up or offer a cup of tea, a glass of wine and something to nibble
