Grandchildren in Disney

DD2, SIL, GD aged 6 and baby, 5 months, are in France for a weeks holiday. The holiday began with 2 nights and a full day in Disney Paris. This was part of the holiday was a surprise for GD. I have known for some time, and found it really difficult to keep it from GD, but I managed. I wish I could have seen her face when she realised
Baby was of course fairly oblivious to it. He went on various rides, including Pirates of The Caribbean, and was fine. He woke when the firework announcements came, stayed awake throughout watching from his buggy, then fell fast asleep. Angel baby!

That's really lovely to surprise the children like that. Even though little one isn't aware of where he is I'm sure he enjoyed the atmosphere and the rides and his Mickey.

DD texted me a lot from the parks, she said they talked about me loads. SIL sent me a photo of GD outside Small World ride. He'd written Aaarggghhhh! Family joke how much I love that ride. DD and SIL do too, though they pretend not to
