Oh GM what a picture you must make 😀 my Brother is the same always manages to come home with a injury , came up on a open windows once and needed 6 stitches in his head , slipped down marble stairs and twisted his knee , he has even had a whopping black eye playing golf when someone managed to hit him in the eye when swinging the golf club Brother was just to the side of him and got full wallop . We dread him going away 😀

Cockroaches live in hot countries. As Oma said, we have a lot in Portugal. I put Cockroach Traps in my ground floor apartment - because people don't like them (me included) and some people think they are only found in dirty places. (Untrue). Go with an open mind - i'm sure you'll have a lovely time.

Ha ha , I've just re-read the posts and see you've been and come back again! Silly me.

Thank you for your sympathies ladies. Bruises working their way down my shins, very odd. Now in bed with the hacking cough and flu like symptoms. I'm sure I will feel better tomorrow.
