Not my usual kind of Friday.

How things started.
When hubby meets up with his pal on a Friday,sometimes they call at a cafe for coffee.
He kept telling me how nice it was,and i used to say in a fun way,well i wouldn't know,i've never been.
This week hubby's pal couldn't make it because he was having some work done on his car.
So, this morning hubby said we will go to the cafe in Cawthorne. And he was right,it is very nice,coffee was lovely.
Then we had a walk round Cawthorne. Then onto Cannon Hall,which is in Cawthorne.
We then went to a pub we have been to before for fish and chips,and that meal was really nice.
Not long after we got home,visitors arrived and didn't leave until 6 o'clock.

Hello, Nanto. We were all a bit worried about you, but thank goodness your different kind of day was a fun one. Cawthorne looks a very interesting village, with lovely houses and cottages, and Cannon Hall is very grand indeed. It reminds me of Chatsworth House.

Of course, you won't now be able to say to your hubby that you've never been to that nice cafe!
