    Diggerland!

Children and adults alike can ride, drive and operate real diggers, dumpers and other full- size construction machinery at Diggerland UK Theme Park.

This is where we are going today.
With DD and SIL2, GD, GS2, GD's boyfriend L, SIL's dad P, his brother and OH.

DDs 1 and 3 are on holiday, so having to miss this trip unfortunately as DD2 was keen to fit it in before my OH's treatments begin.

We went a few years ago and the ones who enjoyed it the most were my OH and P!
So this year DD and SIL2 promised them a return trip as part of their birthday celebrations.
GD's boyfriend was keen to go with us

We are booked for tea out at 5, so it should be jolly day all together - and the weather is co operating

I will update after our day.

The boys loved digger land as did Finn when they took him last year,
I think the grown-ups enjoy it more 😁
    Have a lovely day .

Wow that was a hot day!

Most of the site is unshaded so we had to seek the shady areas from time to time.
It was busy, the overflow car park had to be used, but queuing was a few minutes at most for everything.

Everyone had fun, and we had plenty of time for everyone to do everything they wanted.
GD's boyfriend L was so excited and enthusiastic about everything

We all went for a carvery meal afterwards. A lovely day

Gem, how lovely to have an extended family day out that everyone enjoyed. The carvery afterwards must have been very welcome as well. xx
