    Festival

Homestead Park Festival: Here is Hope. Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th July 2025. Your park, our future. Join us for a joyful free weekend of music, creativity, and connection.

This was the festival we went to today. It is a free festival, in the park DD3 works in. Event organising within the park is her job. DD2, whose job is event organising was employed to work on this event and has done an awful lot of work.

It was lovely to see so many people there today. The weather forecast isnt so good tomorrow but we still hope many will go along.

Gem, what a joyful, happy event, and I can only guess at how much work took place to make so much happen. You must be very proud of your DDs. I hope the weather is ok for today.

They had 8,000 visitors over the weekend, which was amazing.

This was an article in the local Press. DD3 photo about halfway down the article.

Gem, it was certainly an ambitious project, and your DD3 must have worked really hard to bring it all together. What a lovely photo under the Welcome sign. xx
