Hotel was lovely and clean.
Breakfast buffet was superb,sadly the evening meals weren't.
Evening meals weren't buffet service,they were restaurant service.
Unfortunaly meals were Japanese/oriental influenced, which we didn't like.
Had we known this beforehand we wouldn't have booked half board.
We used to go to the restaurant to look at the menu,then go out to eat.
Another couple asked if there was any alternative /English meals,but were told no.

We walked for miles, plenty of things to see. One of our pleasures was sitting down by the harbour.

As you say, if you had known the evening menu you wouldn't have booked half board. It sounds as they you got out and had a lovely time!

Nanto, what a lovely view from your room. We could do with some of those blue skies here, couldn't we.

I would expect there to be a mix of cuisines on offer for dinner - that sounds very unusual to have nothing European or Spanish, but hopefully you found some nice restaurants to eat in . I think one of the pleasures of a 'sun' holiday is being able to sit outside and watch the world go by. Very relaxing.
