    A week in Devon

We have just booked a week in a cottage in Devon, the week before Christmas, for me and DD. GD and GS May be able to come, depending on work, but SIL won’t, so it might be just us two girls. We have booked the same lovely cottage we all went to last April, it was so perfect, right on the river bank with private access down to the river bank walk so perfect for Dexter. Really looking forward to it, we both need a break and it will all be decorated for Christmas. 🎄

Enfys - well done. That is a lovely thing to do, and something to look forward to. I hope it will stir many happy memories for you and DD (and your GCs if they can make it). xxx

Enfys - that sounds lovely. Perfect for you to have a break with your family. We go to a beautiful cottage on the Coquet river in Northumberland. There’s Something about looking at a river that brings peace and calm. Your cottage sounds wonderful. I love Devon.
