Our trip to Spain.

Had a lovely break. We went to the same hotel as we stayed in just over a year ago.
It's one of the oldest hotels in the area. Frank Sinatra was one of the first stars to stay there, followed by many others.
As you walk to the dining room,one of the hallways has signed photos of stars who have stayed there.
Just as we arrived in the resort,we had a little shower,but it soon cleared up.
On the Tuesday,we went to Mijas for the day. The bus takes you up into the mountains.
Spent quite a bit of time in cafe's people watching. Went to the harbour in Benalmadena,always like to visit there.

Nanto - this sounds like the ideal short break. I'm glad the weather was kind to you, and that pretty garden looks quite tropical. There's nothing like sitting with a coffee (or something a little stronger) watching the world go by.

The hotel sounds very interesting, and far removed from the boring, identikit blocks thrown up in the last 20 years or so.
