I am looking forward to a coach trip to South Wales for a few days at the end of the month. I am hoping all the clouds are empty now in South Wales. They had their fair share of rain last week. I’ve got waterproofs and weights to hold me down if it’s too windy. What could possibly go wrong???

I’ll try and order some good weather for you Sunshine. No promises though. Are you coming anywhere near the Gower where I am? I expect you’ll be going to Tenby,a popular place.?

Daisy it's this Friday we go. Mother Nature has given me a sore throat & cough...naughty lady.😉 Thanks for suggestions of where to go. It helps so much when you don't know the area. Funny you should mention trains as we saw a steam train in a documentary last week & said to OH how I'd love to go on one again.

Sunshine we really like Wales. My nephew & family live in Cardiff. Clover we love Tenby too.

Enjoy your time away ladies I do hope the rain stays away for you,it seems such a long time ago that we booked our 1st weeks holiday to Majorca for DD nd I and when I checked this am its only 7 weeks away how fast the weeks have gone by this year.
The break and sunshine will do DD the world of good after a miserable couple of months.

Hi Clover. No we aren’t going to the grower but I have heard it is beautiful there. We are going to Tenby, I have been before and I loved it. Such a quaint walled town. Maybe I’ll get to the grower on another jaunt sometime.

Nana - that's rotten luck getting a lurgy just before you go away. Hopefully it will be getting better by Friday. xx

Sunshine - have a lovely time! It doesn't always rain in Wales, although I think we had two of the worst weeks holiday weather-wise near St Davids some years ago - in June. Obviously going in March it will be much, much better!

Oh my! Arrived at our home for two weeks & to say I can't find the words is an understatement. Nowhere to park, parked way up the rd til key holder met us. On the steepest hill you can imagine. The house...well!

Spent the next 4hrs in a car park in W Ho!...good grief words fail me. (Hope I'm not offending anyone). Long story short here we are in Cornwall. Beautiful cottage & beautiful weather. Happy ending.
