    Morphy Richards soup maker

I love my Morphy Richards soup maker! Chop the ingredients, add them to the soup maker, 21 minutes later four servings of delicious hot home made soup!
It cooks and blends the ingredients to make the soup. I like a smooth soup, but there is a chunky setting and a smoothie setting too. One day I will try both of those!
It is my favourite gadget and is used a lot. I find it easy to use and easy to clean, and have made some delicious soups with this.

I know quite a few who have a soup maker, but it doesn't appeal to me at all. Over the years I have had many kitchen gadgets.
When I was working I bought a steamer.Paid extra for one with a timer on. Didn't use it much, so gave it away.
Bought a George Foreman grill, the biggest you could get at the time. Didn't use that much either, so that was given away.
I have toyed with the idea of getting a breadmaker and an ice cream maker, but knowing me they would end up being given away as well.
used to have a sandwich maker, yep you've guessed, that was given away as well.
I do love my slow cooker though.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I make big batches of soup in my slow cooker and freeze portions. Being on my own I like a variety of veg. so I have bits left over that will be thrown away so it all goes into the pot.

I just use a saucepan to make soup and a hand held blender!

My DD's partner used to work for said firm & he gave us one. I really like it & it gets a lot of use when the weather turns colder. Thanks for soup recipes ladies. I've lost the instructions tho so must make a concentrated effort to look for it online. Makes 'souper' soup. (Sorry. Couldn't resist it.)😜

We did think about getting one of these, but I just use a big pan and a blender, like Avo. I make a big batch and freeze in portions.

I bought one of these. I was impressed and bought one each for DDs. One has never seen the light of day but DD2 has used hers a few times but now relegated to the back of the cupboard. I must say I love the fresh soups from Waitrose.
