On a bit of an impulse we've ordered a GTec Ram. It should arrive tomorrow, so I'll let you know how we get on. It has a separate hand-held thingy which is think we can use on the stairs and in the car. To be honest, I haven't put much thought into it so I hope it's ok.

There are a lot more important things to think about than v......m c.......s Daisy. Sometimes acting on impulse is the best way to go!

Our GTec AirRam arrived yesterday and OH and I both had a go at the mountains of doggy hairs - it's great, light and easy to manoeuvre and I love the light that shines on all the bits you've missed!! <bit tongue in cheek>. The hand-held thingy did a good job of defurring the stairs and will be brilliant for the caravan.

Can't believe I'm enthusing about cleaning. I must go and take a cold shower to bring me back to my senses.

We have a Floor2Floor Vax upright. It sucks so hard that hoovering is like a work out so....... I don't Hoover, I leave it to him to hoover Good way of getting out of at one! It also has a hand long thingie so you can do the stairs well HE can do the stairs.

We bought a new dyson last week, with the ball thingy ... our old original one was knackered out! It is much lighter than the old one, and we have a hetty which we use too. (not too often this cleaning lark is not to be encouraged).
