How I loved The Sound of Music he was so handsome wasn't he ? When this first played in Liverpool I worked part time at The Empire selling ice cream I think I got about 4s/6d an hour and the film was on for 2 weeks so I know every song word for word after 2 weeks and 2 showing a day the takings never ever matched up at the end of 2 x shifts so at the end of the week I had to make the figures up out of my wages
