Many years ago I was sitting at Marylebone and on the court list was a Mr S Moss, no one took any notice amongst the other hundred or so traffic list. When the defendant arrived it was clear who he was, he had no driving licence and had been driving his moped the wrong way down a slip road to the motorway! He got three points and a fine. It was all over the Evening Standard the next day - he reckoned the Magistrates were biased!

Sum1 - I'm sure the Magistrates were totally unbiased. How can you be 'innocent' when you have no licence and are driving down a motorway slipway the wrong way. I wonder why he had no licence? And I can't imagine why he was riding a moped, unless it was supercharged.
