    Roy Hudd has died at the age of 83

    The entertainer presented the News Huddlines and played Archie Shuttleworth in Coronation Street.


    RIP Roy.
    Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

    I was shocked when I read this this morning I thought he had died years ago , I was sure I had heard it a long time ago ,
    Strange how you get these ideas .

    Im not fat just 6ft too small

        Oma - I thought the same. I wonder if we're confusing him with someone else?

        RIP Roy - you gave a lot of people a lot of laughs. I remember our DSs absolutely loving his very naughty Emu puppet.

          Daisy your mixing him up with Roy Hull and Emu maybe that's who we thought it was as he did die a while ago

            Hahaha - you're right, Oma. Roy Hudd was in Corrie for a while, wasn't he!! Or am I confused again.

              I think it was ROD HULL with Emu, and yes Roy Hudd was in Corrie for a while, as a funeral director I believe
