    The Clooney twins

I see the twins of Mr Clooney and his wife have been born with very ordinary names for celebrities which is nice Alexander and Ella makes a change from Bear and Apple etc
When I had all three g/c last week and I know some of you have more than me I was nearly over the edge calling their names why is it you always call the one you don't mean to and end up going through the flipping alphabet inc calling my own children's names and their OH's before I get to the right child 😱

Qwerty, I do this all the time. Everyone gets called by everyone else's name...including the dogs...before I hit in the right one! Dexter (dog) was very confused today when I called him by DGS' name and told him "Sit!" . He looked very puzzled and didn't sit

It happens to us all, calling people by the wrong name.
I do like the names of the Clooney twins.
When Cheryl (whatever her name is ow) called hre son Bear, i thought it was daft.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

My daughters are used to being called each others names and names of various cats!!

I have always called my GD the name of my DD3, and still do. GS2, I often called the name of GS1, the first boy in the family. I'm glad it's not only me

Lovely names for George Clooneys children.

It doesn't make matters easier when all my boys are over 6ft tall and all resemble each other from the back, all the same build and have the same stance its a nightmare sometimes when we have a family gathering, good job we only have 3 girls who are totally different to each other.

And I used to laugh at my MIL when she did it. Now with my two DD's not getting on, I dread calling the Grandkids by the wrong name. So I just stutter and splutter till the right name comes to mind first , lol.

This is one of my failings! DS said he wasn't too concerned when I called him by his sisters' names but he did object to being called by the dog's name!
