What did you think of the dress Pippa wore

I liked the dress, and yes, being slim and rich always helps, but she wasn't a "young" bride, and I thought she looked exactly right with a classic and elegant dress rather than something over pretty, or exposing acres of flesh, even though hers would be slim flesh!!

Guess they had little choice other than to be traditional for the bridesmaids and pageboys, so that was what it was. Liked Carole's outfit too (though I'm, not wild about her!) I didn't see much of Kate's outfit, so can't comment other than I noticed it was a sort of pale gold peachy colour, I thought that when she is dressed formally it is often an ageing style, which is a shame on someone so slim and attractive, but I suppose she has to conform. I read somewhere a while back that the Queen had told her she was wearing her hair too long!! £40,000 for a wedding dress gulp

It was a bit too ' lacey ' for my liking but we are all different aren't we?

She looked nice, but I have to confess I didn't look closely at her dress, just at what the children wore, which I thought were adorable, boys and girls

I agree Qwerty, thought the dress was right for her age. Loved the lace and the high neck, family didn't like it so much. Thought the children were adorable.

I thought it was just right not over the top or too young for her , Kate's dress was a little old fashioned but that girl could wear a bin bag and look good , I thought it was very 1940's but she got away with it , the children looked adorable but why do the wealthy put the boys in knickerbocker's ? shorts would have been better .

I agree with Mimi,I think it was a bit too lacey. If the lace had been more delicate I would have liked it more but the style did suit her.

I like the knickerbockers, so cute, although I imagine boys above the age of 2 probably don't like them much

Kate had to be careful not to appear to be upstaging her sister. Had pictures of George getting a telling off for standing on the dress and then sulking! Nice to know he is a normal little boy! Not so keen on Carole or Pippa. They look quite hard faced. Can't help wondering how Kate became a flat mate of Williams. Blackmail or bribes?

Whilst I thought the dress was nice enough I can honestly say I have seen nicer in Specialist Shops in Liverpool at an absolute fraction of the price, not that price would factor into her budget for one minute would it girls.the little ones looked so cute and so full of mischief I think if they had the chance they would have ran amok and scampered everywhere as little ones do darling George must have been on stern orders from his mum I think lol.
Kates outfit was not her normal choice really but as Shens said she could not outshine her sister but I have never seen her in such a dowdy dress to be honest and the colour drained her face so so much such a shame as she is the prettier of the sisters by far.The MILs both looked very good and stylish the colours right on trend for weddings, the outfit Bridegrooms mum wore is a similar colour to the skirt suit I wore for LV wedding in the palest of iced blue with my massive 'at.
