I have been visiting my mum weekly now since the beginning of March.
Last week DD visited as the second visitor now allowed.
Tonight Boris announced that from next week five visitors will be allowed.
This will be wonderful for mum as it means all her GDs can visit.

Gem - you must be delighted, and I'm sure it will make you mum feel happier and more settled.

Does this mean you can also visit your auntie?

I can visit auntie from May 17th Daisy, or now outdoors, were the weather reliable. Hers is a private flat so the same rules apply as to the rest of us. It's just the public areas that we wouldn't be allowed to walk through. We go into her flat via the garden now. We must arrange a visit. Sorting out my mums bungalow is taking all our time!

Gem - I know you always enjoy seeing your auntie, but I'm sure she understands how things are for you at the moment. It's not just the physical work at the bungalow, but all the decisions and the emotions surrounding them. Lockdown has made it all so much harder, too. thank goodness things are easing. xx
