From April 12th a second visitor can visit a family member or friend in a care home, with the same restrictions(Lateral flow test, PPE, short sleeves, temperature taken)
This means DD2, who lives close to mums care home, will visit, so mum will have two weekly visitors.
The care home is dependent on North Yorkshire County Council giving the go ahead before they can do it. Numbers are good locally, so there is no reason for them not to.

Gem - I was wondering who your mum's second visitor would be. Hopefully more visitors will be allowed as and when so DD1 and DD3 will be able to visit as well. Fingers crossed the numbers stay good. xx

Thanks Daisy. Yes they all want to visit but DD2 is the obvious choice, especially when visits remain at only half an hour. The other two live as far away as I do .
