    Brexit uncertainty!

I know Brexit is a topic we have mostly avoided, as we are a small forum atm, and there were votes on both sides amongst us,

However you voted this cannot be what anyone wants. It is turmoil!
Heaven knows what will happen. I feel sorry for Theresa May, who if I remember rightly didn't personally want to leave anyway?

At least as long as there is Trump, there will always be someone worse off than us though!!

Gem, I agree. It's not a topic we have ever dwelt on, but we can't totally ignore this particular elephant in the room at the moment.

I can only hope that we, as a country, will find a way forward. Hopefully we will look back on this turmoil and be able to say that good sense and goodwill have prevailed.

To be honest I think go or stay we are all so fed up and confused by it all now ,
Regardless of what happens we will cope with it as The Brits always have and the ordinary person on the street will not benefit either way ,

I feel sorry for Theresa May, it's not an envialbe jod that she has, in my opinion.
We don't take a lot of notice about Brexit to be honest.
Whatever happens,we will just get on with it.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I too feel sorry for Theresa May, she took on something she didn't vote for. It has now got to the stage that I am completely lost.

Hopefully we can draw a line under it all now and move forward. Teresa May has shown she has nerves of steel but others in parliament have been sadly lacking ! Hopefully the vile speaker will be sent on his way! Odious man!

Shem, we've seen him in action on the two occasions we've visited the Houses of Parliament, and I have to say he was no more impressive in real life than he comes across on TV.
