Lady falls off cruise ship.

    Lady falls off cruise ship.

We have been on quite a few cruise ships, and we wouldn't say its easy to fall off one.
Jump,or get pushed off,but not fall off.
Now this is just our opinion, but we think she must have been larking about or drunk.
She was lucky the sea was calm and warm.

Well isn’t it strange how on earth do you fall off a cruise ship was she pushed , was she sober, was she climbing , thank goodness she is safe will wait for more of this story to unfurl

I don’t think an accidental fall is possible under normal circumstances. It’s a wonder she survived and was found after so long drifting about in the dark.

If she was drunk, and we don't know if she was,i bet she soon sobered up when she hit the sea.

It was saying on the radio this morning that in seas at that temperature it's possible she could have survived for about 24 hours.

The very blurry picture of her being helped onto the rescue boat, it looked as though she was wearing a bikini (or undies). I would have thought it was very hard to fall off a ship of that size, but she must have hit the water quite hard - it looked higher than a 10m diving board. All in all, she's a very lucky lady.

I think she's been drunk and either leaned too far over or was sitting on the rail , its not possible I think to fall over otherwise well not on the ships ive been on rails are usual chest height .
but it was reported her purse and Passport was on the deck , why would she have her Passport out ?
More to this than meets the eye

We thought that too Oma. Also, it was reported that she said...Now I’m famous... strange response to your rescuers. I think more will come to light.

My first thought was drunk or something sexual going on, and over she fell

Thank goodness that the water was warm and she can swim and tread water. 10 hours is a long time!

Oma, we were saying there's more to it.
Daisy, i noticed it look like a bikini top she was wearing, when she was rescued. maybe those on the rescue ship gave her a t-shirt.

Nanto - I was quite amused to see a clip of her a bit later with a blouse on neatly knotted at the waist.

If it was some kind of stunt that went wrong, I'm just glad she's survived.

Apparently there is CCTV of her rowing with her boyfriend and jumping off! They said she will be charged.......we were right ladies.

So was she just doing it for publicity? Words fail me ....

When I first saw this I thought well she was a very lucky to have survived and then I thought it through and thought ...... "Where there is a blame there is a claim "
A nice little earner out of this me thinks ! All that media coverage , insurance claim , suing the cruise ship company.
                          Am I being a cynic ?

Stupid woman should be charged and have to pay for all the trouble she caused

No you're not Mimi. In the Metro this morning it says she wasn't getting on with her partner & jumped on purpose.
