Just heard in the news that they have arrested three more men in connection with this. I can’t believe it! What on Earth was the motivation behind such an attack. They also said the little boy had been treated but discharged so hopefully he will be ok.

I have just found out that 3 more people have been arrested,what is the world coming to when people do something like this.
The child has been allowed home so lets pray he/she is recovering well.
Surely this can't be a personal attack no one in their right mind would behave in such a way to an innocent child.
I hope they throw the key away when those responsible are sentenced.

I was trying to think why anyone would do such a horrendous thing. The only thing I can think of is that it's a way to get to the little one's parents...ie hurt the ones they love most. Society in some quarters behave in a way now that's totally incomprehensible to any decent, law abiding person.

I see on the news that the 5 men have been charged with conspiracy to commit GBH. They are due in court today, but they haven't been named, which seems odd to me.

Just seen this morning paper and an article states that the people concerned are in Court to-day,it says that a family member is involved but I don't want to mention it until it is confirmed its so so tragic,I hope the little one is improving to-day.
