    Coffee, alcohol or something else?

I like a drink, the odd glass of wine, bottle of Peroni, G&T or Southern Comfort. I don't drink much though and if told to give it up tomorrow it wouldn't bother me at all.
Never ask me to give up coffee though!!! Some days I only have one, in the morning, but I have to have at least that one. To be told I had to totally give up coffee, now that would be really hard for me.

How about you? Would you find it harder to give up alcohol, coffee, or something else - tea maybe?

I never think about drinking tea if I'm abroad - it's just not the same - but at home I drink quite a lot.

I try and limit coffee to one cup of good coffee a day - mid-morning if possible. Otherwise I'd be on a permanent caffeine high.

We might have one or two glasses of wine with dinner for several nights in a row. then we might not even think about it for days on end. So overall, I don't think I drink regularly enough for it to be a habit!

Alcohol is not a problem as I don't drink.Tea or coffee is a different matter. If I had to give up one it would probably be coffee. A good cup of tea wins every time though I do enjoy coffee.

I'd miss my Earl Grey, definitely Clover, but coffee would win if I had to choose

I do have 2 cups of tea at breakfast, miss them if I have to give them up, love coffee but not the first drink of the day. I have a wine most days and quite often a small brandy before bed. I suppose I wouldn't like to give up my breakfast tea and I like it strong.

I only drink one brand of coffee and thats Nescafe original.
            Never drink alcohol.

I love wine and gin and tonic. I detest tea unless it is fruity, went off it whenI was pregnant and that was a long time ago. I don't drink a lot of coffee these days but I do still like it. I suppose if I had to give up one permanently it would be wine. I drink millicano coffee and cafeteria coffee. I dislike cheap coffee and always take my own when staying away.

Well as I dont drink alcohol that's not a problem for me. I drink tea but not a lot and I will have the odd coffee (nescafe) and BIL has a all singing all dancing coffee machine that's grinds the beans etc like in up market café,s and he does a mean Latte but apart from that I only drink water , I couldn't give that up so would have to say tea , not a fan of earl grey although I used to drink a lot of it then I went right off it .

When I went for a charity meeting last week on a really dire social housing estate in Wandsworth I went into a little Portuguese cafe and had a latte for £1.20!! I questioned the price as usually in London you will not get change from 3 or 4 quid for a latte but it was the right price! Cheapest latte in London and also much nicer than the ones you get in the chains for extraordinary money.

This very minute I have a large Tio Pepe, I could take it or leave it but it was given with love and concern. I enjoy alcohol less and less and like others water hits the spot for me. I have to have tea to 'come round' with first thing, and industrial strength coffee with breakfast. After that, mostly tea these days.

I like proper coffee but will politely drink instant if given at peoples houses
We do buy Millicano, but I use that mainly if visitors want a coffee, or if OH does if I am having tea!

I don't think I'd mind giving up anything except wine

Strong builders' tea in the morning followed by 2 percolated coffees. The rest of the day water, or maybe a fruit tea. Wine x 3 per week, and it aint going nowhere

I enjoy my two cups of Tassimo Breakfast Tea every morning to wake up too over an hour and then a mixture of flavoured water or fruit juice during the day, after evening meal I do enjoy a really good coffee (I did get spoilt with good Spanish coffee) and occassionally a Brandy called Carlos 1 a bottle of which would last quite a while but it is a lovely after dinner drink goes down like silk yummy !! Thinking of these I do think I could give up the fruit juice if I really had to and make up with fresh fruit possibly.

I could give up alcohol if I had to as I don't drink that much. Summer time perhaps I would miss it the most as I do enjoy a glass of wine when we are sitting out side in the sun. But if I had to go without that wouldn't be a problem.
i enjoy tea and coffee equally so giving those up would be hard for me.

Zizi the Portuguese love their coffee they have about 6 words for different versions of the stuff! I'm allergic to it so never drink it but I love the smell of it!
i drink tea, usually Yorkshire tea. I do drink alcohol, like wine and the odd g&t, glass of Port. But if I had to give it up I could.
