OH has to tell me its a bmw, or whatever, I never know. I only know DD and SIL own a Mercedes and a BMW because OH told me , I couldn't have said what cars they drive!

Same here Gemini, as long as mine gets me from A to B, I am not car envy although I love my DDs new Mini.

I have a green 4 door citreon saxo, my DD had it new when she had to hand back her company car as she didn't return to work after E was born almost 14 years ago. She had the citreon for 3 years and then with 2 girls switched to a people carrier, so we bought the citreon and its still going with only 30000 miles on the clock. Its a bit battered in a few places through my carelessness, but usually flies through the MOT. I have to say as long as it gets me from A to B I'm not fussed about having a posh car, to me its just a tin can on wheels. If and when we move to Devon with DD and family then we might consider something more robust for all those bumpy country roads. A sports car or similar is not practical I need room for the pink ones.
