    What makes you happy?

Just that - apart from grandchildren/family - what makes you feel happy, relaxed, excited or full of joy?

Plant, you took the words right out if. My mouth. It's 7.00 am, I'm sitting in bed with a cuppa, the window is wide open, I can see the wisteria outside in the sunshine and hear the birds singing. At this precise moment I am very happy 😃

Family, as with all of us. Cats. Friends. Spring flowers and blossom. The sea. A good book to read. TV.A leisurely but not boring day ,with no commitments. Holidays - both the going on, and the planning of. Good food. I could go on and on......
And of course, the internet, GransRus, and all of you

          Great thread Daisy.

I'm happy sitting in the garden after tea if it's warm , it's so quiet just the birds and the odd squirrel , A good comedy or film on TV , doing my puzzle book , reading , laughing and chatting to hubby , A Bacon butty 😀 Being on hear and hearing what our little people say that always makes me smile and feel happy ,also although you all know this doing my housework 😊

We love to hear and watch the birds as well, seems we all like this. Wouldn't want to be without the internet, love chatting on here, and of course happy when I can get some competitions done. Watching programmes that I like on tv.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I just made myself happy by getting home, seeing husband, having a glass of wine and a big big bowl of Carte d'Or Madagascan vanilla ice cream and beggar the minute on the lips rhyme......

The smell of freshly mown grass the council were cutting all around the area we walk in with Shiloh the smell rising up was lovely. A nice drink sat on the patio in the evening sun, the seaside we are lucky to live so close to all the things to do with summer make me happy. I'm always pleased to see the back of winter.
