This week I may be on the missing list ladies so don't think I have disappeared,I am running my DDs shop for her as she is on holiday with the children for half term,her shop is much bigger than mine but run by the same Charity she also has a lot more staff (8) so I need my wits about me finding out what every ones job entails,I've worked there before and enjoy going as the shopping centre is much bigger than where I work and just happens to have a M&S food hall and House of Fraser so no boring lunch hours for me !! xxx

Just dropped in to say everything went fine at DDs shop all the staff are lovely and helpful but things would have been easier if Dopey Daughter had told me they had changed the code for the till and to be honest I really did not want to disturb her whilst she if on leave so it was a case of trial and error but we got there in the end,I couldn't have stood making a c--- up of the figures and having the Company accountant phoning me again it seems when ever there is a mistake it is always my name on the end of it
but I just blame it on a senior moment and seem to get away with it 
I have a nice soap & glory bubble bath calling me so am off to have a good old soak in some lovely bubbles.

Daisy thanks so much for the kind thought,I am off work to-day recovering from a very busy week indeed the people I work with are wonderful volunteers and all go that extra mile to make the store successful,we have taken in such good quality furniture this last week and kept the prices realistic so it has been a case of off the van on the shop floor priced and sold !! We have also had a donation of a full sized slot machine the kind you see in casino's so that will bring in a good revenue from the right purchaser all in all a very good week its a good job I wore my hush puppy boots to keep my feet in order as I hardly sat down all week,am relaxing this AM then off to Sainsburys for some retail therapy they have 25% off clothing going to see if anything suitable for holiday/wedding in June.xKeep Calm,You're FabulousComment
