    Bedtime Drinks

Do you have a bedtime drink, or take a drink to bed with you. If so what's your favourite?

I usually just have a glass of water on my bedside table, but tonight I've regressed into childhood and had a glass of milk and a digestive bikkie!! I'll be writing my letter to Santa next!

I'll remind him I've been a good girl ALL year, Oma!!! I'm a bit worried he'll struggle to get down the flue of the wood burner, though!

I always take a glass of water with me.
Sometimes if I go to bed early, which is a rare occurrence, I will take a cup of tea and a biscuit. This means getting out of bed again to brush teeth however!

I have never taken a drink to bed nor had anything to drink in bed other than when I had flu and had no choice. My Father always took a small glass of lemonade to bed each night - I thought it odd but each to his or her own. Forgot to say I am warming to Plants idea though.

Good for you BL, although I don't actually drink it in bed.

OH generally makes me a cup of tea about 9pm. I occasionally have a cup of horlicks or peppermint and licorice tea. Always have a glass of water on the bedside table. Rarely drink it but if I realise I haven't got one I have to get out of bed and fetch one.

I have a small carafe of sugar free orange squash (Robinsons). The carafe has a little glass on top. I would usually drink most of it during the night although often I don't remember!

Water is all. Mainly to wash away any alcohol

I'm with you Qwerty, my last cup of tea is around 7:30 and still I am up In the night. If I drank anything in bed I would then have to clean my teeth again although water would be okay apart from yet another drip to the loo!!
