I was born in Lincolnshire where my father was stationed in the RAF. At the end of the war we moved to Bournemouth where his parents lived and I've been here ever since. We moved to Wimborne, Dorset when we first got married then back nearer Bournemouth a few years later. Don't think we'll leave the area now, we enjoy living here. We're 10 minutes from the sea and not much more from the New Forest and lovely countryside.

I have been getting itchy feet recently but settled down a bit once more! Best thing about moving is the chance to de-clutter. I know I could do that without all the hassle and expense of moving but somehow don't get round to it!!
When we were in estate agency there was lady who moved every six months or so - she always thought her life would improve with a change of home!xx

I was born and brought up in a two bed house here on The Wirral having always lived on the River Side of The Mersey overlooking Liverpool waterfront it does make for a lovely skyline of an evening, the first home we bought was a wee
bit of a mistake with regards to area, quite close to Tranmere Rovers football club that was when DD was small and we only had her at the time,we soon moved back here to New Brighton where we have always felt at home,we bought a very large 4 bed when DS2 was born and I loved that house,I remember every single brick we lived there nearly 20yrs and sold it when DS2 joined the military so we had no one at home and the up keep was enormous to be honest.
It was then we decided to move out to Spain and lived there for nearly 9yrs hubby had always hankered about living abroad and we thought if we don't do it now we never would so after getting a price for the house we just couldn't believe
off we went, returning 6 yrs ago after selling the restaurant and villa just before the drop in house and business prices so we where very lucky.
We now have a small apartment by the Riverfront which is supported housing but very modern and easy to manage I don't think we will be moving far ever again but I am still waiting for a bungalow to come available so we are on the ground floor.I do love where we live so central for everything and family all live nearby, not sure if thats a bonus or notKeep Calm,You're Fabulous
