    Sparkly!

I had another deep tissue/sports massage for my sciatica and back problems yesterday.
Most of it is done through clothes, I wear T shirt and thin pull up trousers.

I lay on my better side mostly so she can work on the bad side. At one point I lay on my front so she can work on my lower back a bit more . She pulled my T shirt up a bit and top of knickers down a bit. Then she chuckled . I was wearing bright pink knickers but I didn't think it was that funny! She said 'You are all glittery!'

I have daily baths at the moment as the warm water eases my muscles and standing in the shower is uncomfortable. I had used one of the bath bombs I was given on Mothers Day and had no idea it was a glittery one! My arms didn't look glittery at all and neither had the water. It gave us both a laugh anyway

Nothing wrong with being all sparkly.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Bit of sparkle brings brightness to a gloomy day ,
Something similar happened to my friends DD , she was pregnant and went to see the midwife , when she pulled her top up to be examined there was a smiling glittery face on her bump ,
She had forgotten her other daughter had been drawing on her bump with glitter pens ,
luckily it was the child safe washable ones , The midwife wiped it of with baby wipes 🤣

Can you remember years ago you could get those scented oil balls that dissolved in the hot water ,
I loved them B hated them he said it left a film of oil making the bath lethal for the next person using it ,
Even though the bath had been cleaned it lingered 🤣🤣
Im not fat just 6ft too small

        Aww, how cute Oma

I do remember those oil beads! My DDs 1 and 2 were in their teens and were always being given them as presents. Lethal bath afterwards as you say!

Gem, that's very funny! I love a bit of bling in my life and have recently got some new glasses - sober and plain at the front but with sparkly arms, and the optician seemed quite surprised when I chose them. She kept saying "Are you sure?" But even I have never ended up with a sparkly "lower back"!

I escaped the oily bath bombs problem - with two sons it was more a case of needing Ajax to get rid of the tide mark!
