    What would you eat?

    Let's imagine we had to eat the same three meals every day, what would you choose? Breakfast, midday meal, evening meal.


    For my breakfast I will choose porridge with golden syrup, and a banana.

    For lunch I will have sweet potato and red pepper soup with a ham and cheese salad sandwich on granary bread. A yogurt and a nectarine or satsuma for afters, whichever is in season.

    For dinner I'll have a roast chicken dinner, with mash as well as roasties. Prawn cocktail to start, and apple crumble and custard for pudding.

    Breakfast I would choose poached eggs on toast

    Lunchtime toasted cheese would be nice

    Dinner well my favourite meal is fish pie with vegetables
    What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

      For breakfast it would be a bacon sandwich.

      Dinner would be roast beef with all the trimmings, or a nicely cooked sirloin steak.

      Don't know what evening snack would be.
      Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

        Breakfast Toast with bowl of Fresh fruit.

        Lunch Bacon sandwich in a Bagel. Fruit in season like Fig, Plum, Grapes, etc

        Dinner Salmon with new potatoes or Home made veg soup and dumplings.

        Desert is difficult either Apple crumble or Melt in the middle chocolate pudding.or anything with cake and stewed fruit or Jelly.
        As you can see I’m a pudding person 😂😂😂

          I think it would be really hard to decide what to eat every day for ever if we had to for real!

          I tried to choose things I like, with a balance of fruit, veg and protein. Hopefully snacks in between meals would be allowed too

            My breakfast would be quark or Greek yogurt with grains, nuts and fresh fruit.

            Lunch a fresh salad, wholegrain bread with choice of cheese, fish or eggs.

            Dinner, fish or chicken with fresh veg and maybe potatoes.

              Breakfast would be grapefruit and toast with butter and filter coffee,
              lunch would be soft cod’s roe on toast,
              dinner would be salmon, new potatoes and salad with pavlova for pud…or summer pudding….or French apple tart.

                This is hard!

                Breakfast - muesli with yoghurt and blueberries

                Lunch - fish - something like a hake or salmon fillet with a salad in the summer, or ratatouille in the winter, and any nursery pudding with custard

                Dinner - home-made vegetable soup, a risotto or curry (not too hot) with raita, home-made mango chutney and naan bread.

                Can I be greedy and have a 'proper' cup of coffee mid-morning, and either cup of tea and a scone or a glass of cold, fresh juice in the summer?
