    Least favourite colour

I think we all have favourite colour(s), but what is the colour you wouldn't use for anything, ever?

    Mine is mustard.

I can't see anything to like, let alone love about it!

I think purple! Many years ago when we moved into the first apartment, something like 50 years ago, the wall in the bedroom had been painted purple and no way was I going to sleep with a purple wall!!!!

I agree about mustard. In fact I dislike yellow generally.

I like all colours except Barbie pink. . Do you remember when mustard was all the rage? I was a teenager and I had a mustard blouse and grey skirt, I thought I was the bee’s knees. 😆

I'm not a fan of mustard either.
I don't like any shade of green.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

Pink is my least favourite colour followed by yellow.

Grauntie, you are right, yellow is a lovely bright cheerful colour in nature! Daffodils are my favourite flowers and I love the brightness they bring to spring.

Don't like yellow at all to wear or for decor though

Grauntie - I agree. I love yellow whether it's pale primrose yellow or deep bright golden yellow, but mustard is an aberration (in my opinion!). I remember mustard being all the rage in the 70s, although I was never tempted to wear it. I did have a deep yellow handbag with long fringes though.

Nanto - purple was also very popular in fashion and the home in the 70s, wasn't it. My OH had a "aubergine" suit with wide lapels and flare trousers! And for some unfathomable reason we thought it was a good idea to have a purple carpet in the boys' bedroom. It showed every tiny speck - disaster!

I tend to steer away from yellow in clothes, makes me look quite jaundiced! But, I like mustard and sludgy green which suit me! I also like bright colours but maybe not lime green or a really bright Barbie pink! We had an orange bedroom in our first house,,,,it was in the 70s!!!

At the moment I have an intense dislike of dark grey shades. I'm longing for the painter to come and get rid of it all!
