What do you wear in this heat?

Just that, really. What clothes work for you on a blistering hot day. For me it's a sleeveless t-shirt and cotton or linen shorts.

In my own house or garden just a cool cotton sundress and knickers, no bra! If expecting visitors or going out proper underwear will be worn

I prefer dresses when really hot. I don't have the legs for shorts but if not to wearing a dress it will be cotton or linen cut offs and sleeveless shirt.

One of the positives of my illness is that I have been able wear a couple of dresses that I haven't worn for years as they were too tight!

I will be wearing light material trousers and a sleeveless top. I wear a cool nightie at night.

I haven't much choice, I need my support tights and sleeves, especially in this weather.

Lizzie - that must be so uncomfortable in hot weather. I do feel for you. I have always said I can cope with heat provided I've got the right clothes. Take care. x

I really feel for you Lizzie. I know you are used to it, but it makes hot weather miserable for you.
