    Few busy days

Had a busy couple of days. Yesterday we had to come home from town early, as Mum was taken bad.I was there for 3 hours, anyway got her sorted and settled into bed. Last night I couldn't get to sleep though, every time I closed my eyes, I saw mams face.
Today, Mam and Dad had relatives visiting from Blackburn.I went round this morning, sorted Mam out,but she decided was staying in bed, made sure house clean. Came home to make something to eat for hubby and me.
Went back to parents with hubby to take the cake(which everyone thought was beautiful) fed the visitors, then saw them off later.
Will be going back tomorrow to do some housework, then back on Tuesday (actul anniversary day) to take present, and a large display of flowers are being delivered.
I might get Wednesday at home, hopefully.

Busy indeed Nan2. But isn't it incredible how much we fit in when we have to. It's a blessing you live near enough to do all you do.

Nanto - you are in the classic sandwich generation the media keep talking about. It must be very difficult, and you can't help worrying. I hope your Mum will rally round for their anniversary on Tuesday. Dont' forget to look after yourself as well as everyone else. xx
