This came to mind when I heard someone say they hate crispbreads, as they taste like cardboard.
I actually love them, especially the Ryvita with sesame seeds.
I also love vegetables, salads, fruit, cottage cheese, all types of fish. All foods considered healthy. It is no sacrifice for to me eat those foods as I really enjoy them.
However, I also adore fish and chips, cheese, mashed potatoes, cakes, biscuits and chocolate!
If I only ate from my first list and not my second, I wouldn't have to worry about my weight!
