    Good morning Oma

    Good for you treating yourself.

    Mariella just scrambled egg and one slice of toast for me, I have an aqua class this morning.

      I'm a bit late for morning coffee, and a bit early for lunch, so I'll just have a cup of tea and relax in the conservatory for a few minutes.
