Just the day for a warm lunch. I will have a jacket potato with cheese and beans please Mariella. Water with that, then a slice of warm Bakewell tart and a coffee .

I will relax here until I go for GS2.

Good morning, Mariella. What's on the menu for this week?

Oh I see there are some new cakes - macaroons, date and walnut bars, a fat-free sponge and Parkin.

For now I'll have a coffee and a croissant with raspberry jam and fomr fresh orange juice, please. I'll sit in the conservatory and enjoy the sunshine. The birds are very busy on the feeders.
