Good morning. Just in time for an Americano and a slice of the carrot cake you so kindly saved for me. Perhaps someone will join me and have the other slice Otherwise I'll have to take it home and eat it later! (OH doesn't like carrot cake).

Perhaps I'll take a couple of sultana scones home for him instead.

It's still dull and not very summery, but it's nice and cheery in the conservatory. The garden is looking lush after all the rain and the birds are busily hopping about and chirping.

Just a light Breakfast for me this morning , A bowl of mixed melon and a iced water please .

Im off to a BBQ later so can you box me up 6 assorted cream cakes to take with me please and a small Poppy and Lemon cake for those of us who like something without cream .

It's another beautiful, hot day, but there's a slight breeze so I'll sit in the garden in the shade of that lovely bright parasol.

A bowl of strawberries and raspberries with plain yoghurt sounds nice, with freshly squeezed orange juice and an Americano, please.
