I have come for one of Mariella's heart shaped Valentine's biscuits!

As it is midday I will have my lunch here. Mushroom soup and roll please, then coffee with my biscuit .

What a good way to have your 5 A Day, Sunshine

The Tea Room closes at 5.30 (when the Granny's Rest takes over!) but Mariella leaves the cakes under cover, and we are welcome to help ourselves to tea and coffee etc, when we fancy a late evening snack.

Coffee for me please, and poached eggs on toast. I'll sit by the window. The garden looks sunny but cold!

I'm having a 'do nothing' day, so a spot of afternoon tea while I watch the world go by would be lovely.

Hello Oma. I've never had bacon and crumpets!! It sounds very tasty though. Don't be tempted to eat those peach melbas on your way home.
