Just a quick cup of English Breakfast tea for me. We're out for coffee and lunch today so I'm going to resist those mouth-watering pastries. I hope! Please tell me they're not for sale!!!!

Hi everyone. OH has gone to the driving range to try out some new clubs before she uses them tomorrow. So, I am lunching in the Tea Room today

I came to change the flowers so may as well eat while I'm here!

I will have mushroom soup and crusty bread, followed by tea and a hot cross bun please.

Yes please Daisy. I've been pottering in the garden and have got quite peckish. A cream tea will go down very nicely.

I love the vases of daffodils on the tables,They look so pretty with the sun shining on them and I love their scent.

Phew! A chance to sit in a comfy chair & relax in the piece & quiet. Just a cup of hot choc please & something to put my feet up on. It's my GS1's fifth birthday today & he wanted his party as a picnic in the park. I sorted out the food, (thank goodness for Sainsbo's platters) & drinks etc. He thoroughly enjoyed himself & said with a big grin on his face "This is just what I wanted. It's my best party ever". Wake me up when it's closing time.

I have done some ironing, 2 lots of washing . been to the local supermarket, and done a tiny bit of that HW stuff. I deserve a treat in the Tea Room.
