Mariella excelled herself in the run up to Christmas, but she really needs a break, so when the Tea Rooms re-opens on Wednesday after the Christmas break it will be staffed by volunteers. No experience needed!

Good morning everyone ,
You look like you are doing well while Mariella has a few days off

I will just have Breakfast tea and a Bacon in Bagel please ,

There’s my number if you need extra help later today I can come in , I’m good at washing up and cleaning 🧹 🍽

Everything is looking fine - none of Mariella's specials, but that's ok. I'll have a pot of tea and buttered toast, please.

Afternoon ladies
Im back , laden with home made sweet mince puffs , not as good as Mariella’s but not bad .
we can fill them with cream or with Brandy cream
I have also done a batch of Fruit and cheese scones

Now what can I do to help , wash up , clear tables ?
I will start by putting some wood in the wood basket it’s looking a little low .

Did you have a nice Christmas and New year ?

It’s nice to see you left the fairy lights up we need a little sparkle on these cold dreary days ,

I fancy a Hot Chocolate today and maybe a Pain au chocolat , It’s very cold out I will sit by the fire .
